Pricing

Weekly Rental Fee: $2,700

Rental Fee Per Day: $390

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.

There is an additional $500 security deposit required at the time of booking. This security deposit is fully refundable upon check-out assessment.

The remaining balance of the weekly rental fee is to be paid in full 30 days prior to the stay.

Cancellations are to be made 60 days prior to a stay to be eligible for a full refund.

Any cancellations that take place outside of the cancellation time period are subject to an inconvenience fee of 25% of the weekly rental fee.
